The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Parkplätze in der Nähe. BITTE BEACHTEN: Sofern zwei Gäste beide Schlafzimmer beanspruchen, erheben wir einen zusätzlichen Aufschlag von 14 € pro Nacht.

Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit WC und einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit bequemen Doppelbetten (2x2,40m) ausgestattet, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer verfügen über Sofas mit Schlaffunktion.

Der Raum geht über die ganze Tiefe des schmalen Grundstücks von der Gasse (Richtung schwarzes Tor; 200m entfernt) zum mittelalterlichen Innenhof mit Blick auf den gotischen Münsterturm. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.
