The apartment has an excellent location – there is a 5 minutes walk to the Old Town, and Banje Beach is 2 minutes away, descending the stairs. There are two bedrooms, one with the sea view, and the other with pull out sofa bed and pull out chair. Air conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Terrace with a table and a view of the Old Town. Self-check in. Luggage can be left in a locked storage before or after check in at 2PM / check out at 10AM.

Novouređeni, renoviran i šarmantan stan za 2 osobe sa privatnim ulazom i terasom sa pogledom na more i obližnje otoke. Tonovi maslinasto zelene pružaju jedinstven osjećaj mira dok uživate u odmoru. Nekoliko stabala kivija čini odličan hlad dok ispijate kavu na prostranoj terasi sa pogledom na more. Smještaj je udaljen otprilike 20 minuta lagane šetnje od Staroga Grada (pri povratku preporuka uzeti javni prijevoz ili taxi). Apartman nema parkirno mjesto te nije moguće parkirati u ulici.

The studio is located in the business heart of Dubrovnik. A ten-minute walk from the central bus station and port. Five-minute ride by bus to the Old town from the bus station just outside of the building. Newly built in 2021, high-speed internet is perfect if you have to work while traveling. Also, a bus station where the shuttle bus to the airport stops. It is surrounded with restaurants, cafe bars, shopping centers, a local produce marketplace, and a fresh fish market.
