A tennis club is 5 minutes away from our villa. In few minutes walking distance from our Villa here are many sandy organized or not beaches and you could visit some of our sandy beaches (Marcelo and Krios beach) in Parikia with a small boat, a unique experience. There are many monuments such as the famous Ekatondapiliani (One Hundred doors) church, the archaeological museum, the Byzantine museum, the Venetian castle etc. During the summer months daily excursions to neighboring islands are organized from the port of Paros. The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Is located in a quite area, less than 1 km from the main port of Parikia and just 500 meters from the main seafront of the town, where you can find many restaurants & café. Few meters away from the studio, you can reach the beach. Bus Station is few meters away. It can accommodate up to 2 persons.
