Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

With a view of the Alps, the studio apartment Biohof Ruances in San Cassiano is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.
