PLUS a detached garage with a brand new BATHROOM that has a shower, washer & dryer and a 600 sq ft game room. It’s a 90 year home, so the bathroom & kitchen are small. There is NO dishwasher. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.
