Ovaj novouređeni objekat koji se nalazi u mirnoj ulici ima skoro 2100 kvadratnih metara i ima dovoljno mjesta za vašu grupu. Smještaj nudi dvije primarne (bračne) spavaće sobe, treću gostinjsku sobu (s dva bračna kreveta i dva odvojena kreveta), četiri kupatila (dva s kadom/tušem, po jedno na svakom spratu), dva dnevna boravka i pogled na jezero s dvije privatne terase.
