Nice, clean apartment just 5 minutes from Michigan Tech and a view of Portage Lake (lake access too!). Washer and dryer are in the spacious bathroom with a shower. Full kitchen and electric fireplace. Stairlift from garage. Queen sized bed with additional pullout couch (about full sz) and toddler bed.

Inside the home large windows provide views of both the lake and the river. Your private beach on Lake Superior is 110 steps away from the back door. The sunrises along with views of the Huron Mountains, sandstone cliffs of Louis Point are a site to see, from the comforts of the home. Snowmobile trail is very close just 9/10's of a mile away.

Hello, available for short-term rental is our second home close to Michigan Tech and Lake Superior for family vacations in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Easy access to ~233 miles of snowmobile trails! Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, gas station/convenience store, park, marina, grocery store and trails as well as short drives to excellent ski trails. The Hungarian Falls are less than 2 miles away.
