Build a warm fire outdoors/ warm up by the gas stove indoors, or go down to the stream for a sauna by the cool water creek.

Funky, tidy 23 year old country cabin on 120 acres of farmland & woods in a private, quiet rural setting. It's cozy, 950 sq ft, built with stone and wood. Open concept with a two story fireplace, porch fireplace, firepit, and open loft for sleeping (1 bed), with spiral stairs, lots of windows, walnut floors and trim, oak beams and pine kitchen tops. Shower is big and open, with doors opening to a back deck for outdoor showering. Beautiful covered porch overlooking rolling meadows and woods.

Our little spot is right on the mighty Mississippi river, a beautiful spot to relax, fish, bird watch including eagles! We feature a large deck facing the water to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail to watch sunsets. Rustica Retreat is a unique tiny house, designed by my husband and I, that maximizes the limited space we have. At 256 square feet, Rustica sounds small, but feels spacious. With 10-foot high vaulted ceiling, as well as six windows that bring the outside, in. Rustica fits her name, with a country chic feel to her. The inside has clean lines, white shiplap walls, wood accented ceiling and counters, and metal accents. Located at Red Barn Farm, a micro fresh cut flower farm in SW WI.

The log cabin was built as a place to unwind, relax, and truly unplug. Nestled among 15 acres of rolling hills, the cabin can serve as a place to hunker down and read three novels, or a home base for hiking, cycling and putting the nature back in your life. Be advised, there is NO television and that’s for good reason. Cook, drink, eat, play, relax and refresh yourself. Wake up to the songs of birds and listen to the owls at night while you’re warming yourself around a bonfire.

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!

Welcome to our turn-of-the-century home, built in 1905. It hosts two apartments upstairs including this private access charming studio with a gorgeous sitting area and kitchenette. Located less than half a mile from Platteville’s Historic Second Street, about a half mile to the nearest Roundtree Branch Trail access, and less than a mile from UW-Platteville, we are within walking distance of most of Platteville’s main attractions!

80+ acres of Wisconsin Driftless beauty highlighted by private access to the Grant River. Our land is perfect for snowshoeing, hiking, and fishing. The location is on an ATV/UTV route and is great for bicycling, walking, and scenic motorcycle trips.
