Vor dem Haus geht im Winter die Piste vorbei und hinterm Haus der Lift hoch. Im Sommer sind wir ein wenig versteckt über eine kurze Schotterstraße erreichbar. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus.

OG befindet sich ein Saunabereich mit Ruheraum und Gym. Ein überdachter PKW Stellplatz mit E-Lademöglichkeit steht zur Verfügung.
