Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo Beaches, SoFi Stadium, The Forum, minutes away. Shops, dining, and movies are nearby and two major freeways are a block away. Working late? Have food delivered with DoorDash or Postmate. street and gated parking(no gated parking for oversized vehicles)buses within walking distance, green line train 3 blocks, Uber and Lyft run all day and night in the area as it has such close proximity to LAX

There is a small patio area for you to enjoy the beautiful California weather as well as a large back yard. Parking spot is the front space of the house shown in pictures.

Relax and unwind in the backyard under the hanging string lights and BBQ or cook indoors in a completely upgraded kitchen. Pull out couch (Size- almost Full) available in living room.

“Orchid” is my brand new guesthouse! Construction was completed in August 2023!! Guesthouse is located in the city of Gardena, just a few miles away from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Pieer, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and many other wonderful tourists attractions. Also, San Diego Malibu. Laguna Beach Laguna Niguel, or in 1 to 2 hours away if you choose driving further down South. I am just a few minutes away and will advise and help with anything you need!!

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.
