Blue Horizon (Boukari)

The Blue Horizon is a cozy house located on the southeast part of Corfu island in a small traditional- fishing village named “Boukaris”. Has a cozy covered personal veranda that faces directly the sea and literally uncovers the blue horizon ahead. It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen area with all the basic amenities, a well preserved living room where you may enjoy drinks and coffee, all surrounded and inspired by wood. In addition it has 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

La maison est située dans le village de montagne pittoresque de Doukades. Elle a presque 150 ans, mais grâce à une rénovation récente, elle dispose de tout le confort moderne, lumière et espace. Nestling in a quiet back street in the old part of Pelekas, this traditional village house dates back to the 19th century. It has been lovingly restored and offers unique accommodation at a very affordable price. Pelekas itself is located on Corfu's west coast, close to two of the island's best beaches - Kontogialos (Pelekas Beach) and Glyfada. Just a minute or so away from Avgi's House you'll find mini-markets, a bakery, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.
