This 10x12 sq ft studio home is a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to town in Lo de Marcos. LdM is conveniently located between San Pancho and Guayabitos . The small pueblo of Lo de Marcos sports a gorgeous beach, friendly people and lots of restaurants! Sorry, no kitchen/ laundry available. Please support the local village! You share the lovely garden area with the other studio suite. Outdoor shower for “after the beach” rinsing. There are cats living here. No other pets allowed.

This new suite offers incredible ocean & jungle views. Fall asleep listening to the sounds of the ocean and wake up to the singing jungle birds. It is in a very quiet and peaceful part of town. The suite features a large bedroom with a king bed. Beautiful wood doors open out to the semi-outdoor dining area and kitchen. From here there is a staircase that leads to a large sundeck with lounge chairs. The beach is a five minute walk where you can find three restaurants to enjoy.

It is two blocks from the main road where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Everything you need is in walking distance, including the beach ( 4 minute walk), restaurants & bars, grocery stores, boutique shops, pharmacies, town square & more. Home has plenty of outdoor space (front patio & back terrace) to enjoy the beautiful weather of LDM. One of the rooms in main home is partitioned off with a room separator (no door).
