A beautiful rustic cabin with all the comforts of home! This cabin was built in the early 1980s as a canning kitchen. It was built so that the ladies of the Consford family could cook on hot summer days without heating up their homes. The canning kitchen has been added on to and changed into a barndominium style cabin. Relax outside on the porch with a hot cup of coffee or inside in front of the tv. The Consford family looks forward to hosting you in this beautiful cabin in the pineywoods.

Peaceful lake front guest house, with pergola, octagon adult swings and private patio . On a small farm with chickens and fresh eggs. Living room has cozy fireplace with electric recliners. Our one bedroom guest house has 1 queen bed in bedroom. There are 2 cots or queen air mattress for 2 others. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located 12 miles from Toledo Bend Reservoir. The lake has an area of 185,000 acres and is known for its large mouth bass fishing. The cottage is on 42 acres and there is plenty of space for your bass boat .Recently we added rv electric and water hook up. We also have a historic building on-site that was once a drug store and is now being used to make outdoor pillows, aprons, and more.
