An important note to anyone Visiting Venice Beach is the weather is warm, tropical and at times humid. The sun shines from 7am-7pm and the smell of the ocean fills the air. You are right off the beach so it can get humid at times. Like all houses in Venice Beach, it does not have air-conditioning so if you are accustomed to keeping the windows closed and staying inside the house your entire vacation blasting the air-condition please do not book this home. We like to think of it as bringing the beach to the house (only without the sand!) - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of stay! - Before you leave please clean up pots, pans, and dishes and place dirty towels in hamper. Please take out main trash prior to checking out. These can be a concern for the elderly, or for very young or unruly kids. A safety gate is available for the top of the main stairs, which installed upon request. ROOFTOP DECK Is an utterly private deck on the third floor, with 270 degree views, a peek of the Hollywood sign, chaise lounges for four, sofa for ten all surrounding a gas fire-pit. It’s a great place to sun and hangout, watch the sunset, or drink cocktails by the fire. Due to noise restrictions, guest use not permitted after 10 pm. PARKING: Two cars will fit in the driveway. SELF CHECK-IN The house features an electronic lock on the front door. Two days prior to your arrival I will send you your code that unlocks it, and you may let yourself in any time after 4pm on your day of arrival (or 1:30 pm for luggage drop off). House instructions and wi fi passwords are posted in the kitchen. EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE DEPARTURE This is a frequent request, and since the house is rented out nearly 100%, usually impossible to accommodate. The house takes five hours to clean between 11 am checkout and 4 pm check in. However, if you don’t mind seeing a messy house you may drop off luggage after 1pm. Similarly, if you are checking out and have a late flight, you may leave luggage by the front door until 12:30 pm. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT. I get many more rental requests than I can handle. I need to fill every night of the week, so I have some guidelines that determine which rental requests I accept. Following these will help get your request accepted: 1. Weekend reservations that includes a Saturday night must be for a minimum of three nights. FILM AND EVENT USE The house has been used successfully for feature films, commercials, video interviews, catalog shoots, music videos, lifestyle photos, Wedding; dinners, brunches, makeup, family, photos, ceremonies; strategy meetings, special interest seminars, yoga retreats, dinner parties and, employee off sites. I generally do not allow birthday parties, bachelor /bachelorette parties, music performances, or any gathering likely to create excessive noise or disturb the neighbors. For speciaI uses, charge the daily Airbnb rate for the number of guests actually sleeping over, plus an additional flat fee that is based on the specifics of your use. To request a quote, tell me the number of people sleeping over each evening, plus an estimate of the total number of additional visitors, employees, guests , employees or service providers who would be at the property each day. Please provide detailed information about your event, including hours (events past ten pm not permitted). Guests are responsible for trash removal in excess of one containers worth, and I can connect you with a service to remove yours. This house is not child-proofed so not suitable for children, there are floor to ceiling windows with no child guards.We do have a lovely doodle named Theodore. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is kept in a separate yard and you won't be interacting with him unless you would like to of course!

Large, bright, modern, free-standing guesthouse in a quiet Burbank neighborhood. Vaulted ceiling with skylight. Modern bathroom with rain-shower and soaker tub. Large living room and kitchenette space and a huge bedroom with a comfortable office area. There is dedicated wi-fi and a smart TV with all the streamers. The guesthouse is thoughtfully decorated with with artwork from LA artists, to bring a little of the LA streets to the comforts of Burbank.
