Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Central to the shops, restaurants, hiking trails, sport fishing, kiteboarding, snorkeling, and Mexico’s # 1 Pickleball courts, Tres Palapas. Entire villa can be rented.

Quiet and peaceful condo. Away from the dust and Dogs. Bird watching or just sitting at the pool enjoying the peace and quiet. 7 Minutes to Los Barriles. 3 minutes to the beach from the Arroyo. After kite surfing or fishing all day. Come home to a nice soak in the hot tub or dip in the pool. Outside shower to rinse off. Very peaceful and everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. You will need a car or ATV to go into town or ask me about the Uber 24/7. WE DO NOT HAVE A BBQ PIT.

New private, cozy, safe casita with a small outdoor kitchen (best for LIGHT cooking)and high speed internet located in San Vicente neighborhood, 10-15 mins walking to downtown Todos Santos and 15 mins walking to La Poza beach. The casita shares the property with our eco-build main house. Bike from the casita to beautiful mountain biking trails or drive 10 mins to the surf /swim break at Cerritos. Construcción nueva con una decoración sencilla y practica, techo alto y bien ventilada. El baño es de buen tamaño, solo tiene una recamara pero es espaciosa tipo estudio, la cocina es pequeña pero tiene un ventana abatible el cual puedes abrir completamente y estar en contacto con el exterior. La terraza es mediana pero suficiente para hacer alguna actividad física o de relajación.
