Just in front of the house there is a beautiful beach. Hvar seafront, famous for numerous luxurious yachts and exclusive restaurants and clubs like Carpe Diem, is just 100 meters away. Everything is reachable on foot

Distance from the center is 600 m. Bus station is located 300 m from the house.
