The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also a beautiful jacuzzi 220x220cm, sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building.
