I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situatedoin a large private block with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 people on request, however, it'd be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. At this time, it is strictly 6 people. Lots of wildlife!

Beckon by the Sea is nestled amongst spotted gums with views of the ocean in idyllic Lilli Pilli. It's a 100m walk to the perfect child friendly Circuit Beach. With recent renovations, this 1950s 3-bed cottage is now spacious, light-filled and fitted out with quality furnishings and inclusions to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortably sleeps six with two queen and two single beds. Linen is included.

Exceptionally private location on a large block with native bush, birds and wildlife. Our place is close to the beach which is great for surfing, swimming, paddling and family bike rides. You’ll love our place because of the location right on the creek with birds and water fun just seconds away. The split level design and high ceilings creates a cosy and yet spacious feeling. Our house is good for couples, families (with kids), and those travelling with their pets with a fully enclosed back yard.
