Studio on Higgins is in the heart of Margaret River town. You are a hop, skip & jump to local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants & a brewery on the main street. Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

It is immaculate inside and comes with 1 Queen bed, a kitchenette, bathroom, sofa and benchtop for eating/working. The ecovillage is unique in its design, balancing privacy and interaction, We may be happy to give you a quick impromptu tour if interested.

Guests have their own entry and private garden and patio. The owners will use a separate space during your stay. If availability is not on the calendar, please feel free to ask, as I often have dates blocked for personal use and may be able to unlock the date.
