The yard has a tree house and slide making it a perfect getaway for young families. It is also fully fenced -ideal for including your pooch on your getaway.

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Willow Gum Cottage

Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Willow Gum cottage has everything for a unique and tranquil getaway.

A secluded weekend escape without all the travel or a home away from home. This lovely beach shack is the perfect location for escaping on a Friday after work. Alternatively, it may be the perfect romantic or friends getaway. The accommodation is ideally situated 300m away from the raw beauty of Rye back beach, which almost feels like your own private oasis. The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.

Nestled behind a large Oak tree and lush gardens, this charming two bedroom cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is within walking distance to Balnarring Beach and shops. It has a country style kitchen with Coonara fireplace, two living areas and is ideally suited to four people, although it can accommodate up to five people This is a cat and dog friendly property.
