Home located in a gated community within the Southeastern portion of the city, at foothills of Cerro Colorado. At only 6 miles from Otay Border and 11 miles from San Ysidro Border. This house have a recovery Room for people with medical needs, could be for people with necesity of a hospital bed after a treament or surgery, this is NOT a hospital is just a house with all the facilities for your after medical treaments an also for your familiy to rest. Room is In a private settings, you will have your private bathroom, curve 55" plasma HD tv, internet and use of the kitchen. House it's walking distance to market and small stores. You have access to the lager terrace with Panoramic 360° views. I have a well-behaved dog, under 15 pounds, sleeps at balcony, 1/2 of the week she is at my cabin. See pic.
