Our charming 4 BR, 2 Bath house is beautifully decorated and sleeps up to 11 people just a golf cart ride away from downtown Windmark and the beach. This house comes with bedrooms that have plenty of space for your personal items, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, access to Windmark’s pool and it’s downtown features. We hope it doesn’t happen, but in case there’s rain, we got the games! Golf cart included!

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.
