This cottage offers 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, a paddle boat and a dock (Memorial-Labor) to park your water toys. Sit by the 🔥 and enjoy the river. The cabin is secluded but only a 20 min drive to Houghton Lake, Lake city and 1 hour to Traverse city.

What was known as The Pink House, this home was the first addition to Lake City. It offers enough space for the whole family including dogs! The entire 3000 square foot house has enough interior space for large gatherings & a large backyard for yard games, kids to play, dogs to run, & space for a camper to park or multiple tents to be pitched. The house is located on the west side of main street giving families easy walkable access to the beach, downtown, or north to grab food or some drinks!
