You'll love our cabin in the woods! Once a historic mercantile, the Wissahickon Cabin has been transformed into a cozy cabin for 2 - 4 guests. The cabin is situated in the forest and visible from the Gandy Dancer Trail. The front porch boasts an access path directly to the popular Woolly Bike Trail. Our cabin is secluded in the woods, but it's less than a 5-minute drive to downtown St Croix Falls, Interstate Park, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the north woods!

Located midway between Minneapolis and Duluth/Lake Superior, within 30 minutes of 2 major casinos. Lots of off-street parking. Surrounded by a mix of mature pines and hardwoods, we experience a wide variety of wildlife and birds. The community of Moose Lake is a gateway to the north boasting access to both the Willard Munger paved hiking/biking/smowmobile trail system and the Soo Line ATV Trail System, a public beach with boat access and a state park.

There are several lakes close by with boat and water access. Tons of hiking and exploring opportunities at Banning State Park, Moose Lake State Park and Jay Cooke State Park. Also in close proximity to ATV/biking/snowmobile trails including the Soo line and General Andrews. 15 minute drive to Moose Lake. And less than an hour from Duluth.

Muskie Lake Cabin

Entire cottage to yourself with a magnificent lake view. We have 315 feet of lakeshore located on 4 acres on Island Lake. We have a private dock. Our 900 square ft cottage has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a couch that opens up into a bed. A fire pit is available, ( wood furnished), along with a canoe and 2 kayaks You can fish off the dock or bring your own boat. A pontoon boat is available for rent. We will except two dogs.
