3’s A Crowd is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with a study/office. It is conveniently located less than a mile from Milan Puskar Stadium and both Ruby and Mon General Hospitals. It is located on the main floor of a 6 unit apartment building. We aim to rent all other units to working professionals who keep normal hours and maintain a respectful noise level. The building offers coin operated washers and dryers along with one off-street parking spot per unit. No pets. No smoking. No children.

Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and only 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette to make home cooked meals while on the road, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon.
