We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Other attractions include Timboon Fine Ice Cream, Timboon Distillery and Berry World. We provide linen, towels and some basic breakfast and pantry provisions.

Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.
