Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & outdoor bath.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. If you are after a 5-star hotel stay - we don't recommend our property - Come for the experience of Casa Frida!

Seahouse Studio - Private Beach Access, Pets

Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon. Wander through the beach path on the property, taking you directly down to a secluded beach or spend your time on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. The perfect romantic retreat for two.

Mount Martha beach cottage

Navy No. 9, is a delightful beach cottage, only a short walk to Safety Beach and 200m away from Safety Beach Dog Beach. It's perfect spot to visit all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. It's also closely located to Martha Cove Marina and Safety Beach Sailing Club. The cottage has fresh decor, open plan kitchen, living room with views to Arthurs Seat and huge outside deck seats 8. The main bedroom offers a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed while the bunk room sleeps 4.

Fabulous, totally quiet & private light-filled timber tiny house only metres from the best beach and cafes on the Mornington Peninsula and only an hour from Melbourne. 15 minutes' drive from the amazing Peninsula Hot Springs, fabulous wineries and endless golf courses. Located between Mount Martha village and Mornington Main Street on the Esplanade, Yahla Beach house is an ideal place to relax and unwind. Spend the days walking to Mt Martha or Mornington along the cliff top walking trail, lying on the beach, dining in Main St or visiting the wineries of the Peninsula. Yahla offers a lot of options for you, and your friends or family. Yahla is well appointed, clean and stylish.

If you like your holiday homes relaxed, charming and within strolling distance of a good coffee (or something stronger), welcome to The Good Place. Tucked down a quiet dirt road lined with towering pines, our little cottage is a 5 minute walk to Balnarring village; home to top notch eats, craft cocktails, a brewery, and boutiques. Here for the seaside? You’re a 3 minute drive from Balnarring Beach.

Driftwood @ McCrae

Our one bedroom studio apartment with ensuite is conveniently located 1 km from McCrae beach set in 2/3 acre of garden. It comfortably sleeps two and is dog friendly only (no cats). However, I need to know in advance if you intend bringing your dog. You also have the use of a deck with bar-b-q and sea glimpses which is adjoining the main house not the guest house.
