Tucked away on a small headland boasting the quiet and hidden Circuit Beach, this beachside delight is your little piece of paradise on the south coast! This private, huge bush block boasting an array of native delights with full grown spotted gums, banksias and spectacular birdlife is just a 250m stroll to the beach. It features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, one especially for the kids (or kids at heart).

It is a very spacious, comfortable, light & airy home with living & dining, fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, 2 queen sized beds, laundry with 2nd toilet. It is just a short 2 minute stroll to the beach (260 meters) & easy access to the 'Murramarang South Coast Walk'. The area is quiet & peaceful, with an abundance of bird life, kangaroos & the sound of gentle waves.

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situated in a unique neighbourhood. Large private blocks with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 or 8 people, however, it would be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. Lots of wildlife.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

The Stables @ Longsight

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. Perfect for couples or families looking for a relaxing country getaway.

This renovated beach house is perfectly positioned with panoramic sea views and only a short stroll along the cliff-top reserve to a beautiful secluded beach. Exceptionally private location on a large block with native bush, birds and wildlife.
