It is 1 mile from Plum Orchard Lake and about 20 minutes from the New River Gorge & ACE adventure resort. There is also larger shop on the property with even more convenience items, fresh eggs, lavender products, local maple syrup & honey. Enjoy an extended stay at Lavender Hill Roost, or just stop by for a night.

Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. We are located 5 minutes from Summersville Lake and 15 minutes from New River Gorge National Park!

Cute 1-BR stone cottage close to NRG

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.
