Only minutes from one of North Carolina's finest beaches, & Wilmington's famous Riverfront Boardwalk, our home is centrally located, near all a variety of restaurants, and only minutes from Mayfair and its fabulous upscale shopping. This is a wonderful place to unwind.

Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

Cute, comfortable cottage just 5-minute drive to downtown Wilmington, 20-minute drive to the beach. Guests enjoy two private floors- including two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard. Pets are welcome. PLEASE NOTE the $75 pet fee. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop and convenience store. Host sometimes occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. Free parking. Keypad entrance.

Cape Fear River View-Parking-Dog Friendly!

Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!
