Located at the 10 MM of the Niangua Arm, you'll enjoy peace and quiet on wooded land with amazing views of the lake. Cabin 4 is a studio space with room for 4 guests. Waterfront home w dock at 9mm in quiet cove looking up the main channel. Newly updated interior is clean and comfy w modern touches. Location is great if you want to get out and about or just enjoy some peace/quiet. Asphalt access to the start of drive. Home looks down the main channel but inside no wake zone. Dock has swim platform w great sun/quiet water. Boat lift & 2 PWC lifts available $. We also have a canoe and 4 kayaks for rent. Each bdrm has a queen bed & both couches pull out.

You will have incredible views and steps away from the Picnic area and dock. This is a lower unit-steps and/or our boat ramp are available to get to the unit. It offers a rear parking spot if you are comfortable driving on the boat ramp. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf courses, Ball Park Nationals, and the Amphitheater.
