The apartment has a constantly comfortable temperature in both winter and summer (warm floors/air conditioning), no dampness or mold. There is a large outdoor terrace with a sea views. An wonderful cafe with coffee and pastries, a grocery store a minute's walk away. A seaside promenade for walking and jogging with coffee shops,sweets and freshly squeezed juice.

Evimiz eski Lüzinyan evi olduğundan alt ve üst katlar arasındaki bağlantı iç avludan olmaktadır.

Site içinde ücretsiz otopark mevcuttur. Plaja sadece 7 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde bulunan dairemiz su kaydırakları ile donatılmış büyük bir havuza sahip, güvenlikli bir site içindedir. Sitemizin çıkışında; market, restoran, cafe, eczane, kasap ve bar bulunmaktadır. Grand Sapphire casinoya ve Lunapark'a yürüme mesafesindedir.

The Garden House

The lovely one-bedroom place is centrally located and has easy access to everything. Coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and pubs are within walking distance. The most famous landmarks of Famagusta city are a 5-minute drive away. The most spectacular beaches of Famagusta are also within 5 to 10 minutes' driving distance. Just around the corner, you can also see the flamingos resting on the lake on their journey to Africa. Feel free to ask if you need help with transfers or have any questions.

Our studio apartment at the popular Royal Life Residence is located in the İskele Long Beach area. Our studio apartment boasts amenities such as a swimming pool, a water park, a playground, and a snack bar. It's within walking distance of the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser, restaurants, and bars. Our apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, one double bed, one single bed, a smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, Prime TV), free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and mosquito nets on the windows.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It's located in the center of iskele & Famagusta. (Mormenekse Village) Famagusta is 10 minute drive and iskele long beach is a 10 minute drive. The beach is a 5 minute drive. It is close to a lot of history like a 5 minute drive to salamis ruins and st Barnabas. This house is family friendly with a spacious garden with olive trees and lemon trees which i will be watering a couple of times a week peacefully without disturbing you.
