"A recently refurbished self-contained annex in the midst of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Close to the Chilterns, the pretty market towns of Thame and Watlington and just 20 minutes drive from Oxford. There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

Herons is totally unique, a beautiful detached lodge situated on the banks of the River Thames. Beautiful interiors and the views are simply wonderful from sunrise to sunset. Herons is the perfect place to unwind and relax, just sit and watch the wildlife and the boats milling along the river. Nearby are the Thames Market towns of Wallingford, Henley and Abingdon and the beautiful surrounding countryside.The historic city of Oxford is only 8 miles away and Bicester Village is a 30 minute drive.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The Cabin, Henley on Thames is a gorgeous space for you to enjoy your holiday. Surrounded by nature, guests have the pleasure of pheasants, deers, foxes and Red Kites. Located in the back garden of our house you can walk straight into fields and the beautiful Chiltern hills. Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

This beautiful bespoke-made sheperd’s hut is located one mile outside the charming market town of Chipping Norton. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. With its beautifully appointed linens and furnishings our shepard’s hut is the perfect base for your next break.

There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Studio: rural riverside setting near Oxford

Formerly the manor house gymnasium, The Studio now provides comfortable accommodation for two people. It consists of an open plan sitting room/bedroom, separate kitchen and shower room. The accommodation is situated in the grounds of a riverside manor farm bordering the River Thames and is close to Oxford (on a direct bus route), Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds.

Large Studio room with King size bed, sofa, small fridge, ensuite with a shower. We’re situated in east Oxford near the bustling Cowley Road with lots of restaurants, cafe’s and bakeries. The studio has been ventilated, cleaned and disinfected. All frequently touched areas have been disinfected also. All linens have been washed at a high temperature.
