For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

Queen bed in the loft and a queen Murphy bed in the main room. A wilderness retreat within the city limits!

Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Enjoy Tailgating with family and friends on game day with on our Large Patio, Grill, and Fire Pit. Also included on our Patio, is a Large 40,000 BTU Propane Gas Fire Pit to keep you warm on the cool Fall Football Games.

The Cabin on The Coy T Ranch

Built in 1900, the cabin made of native sandstone sits atop one of the rolling Osage hills. It's fully renovated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, soaker tub, & views out every window! The cabin faces west and the most beautiful sunsets are the evening's entertainment. Guests will enjoy the privacy of being surrounded by ranch land as far as they can see, yet still partake of the town life just 5 miles away.

Lemmons Lemman - A Charming Country Getaway

Our recently remodeled guest house is nestled in the heart of Osage County countryside, all while being located less than 10 minutes from downtown Pawhuska. Artfully decorated, it features locally handmade furniture along with beautiful woodwork. Guests can enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit, receive a peaceful night's rest, and wake up, enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the landscape.

Geodesic Sunset Dome

This cozy geodesic dome has its own private nook overlooking our second pond. Heating and air are a must in Oklahoma and we got you covered so you are comfortable all year long. You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our unique compost toilet for a truly memorable experience. Included in the dome is a mini fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee, along with bowls, utensils, and towels.

Haven on the Hill ~ in beautiful Pawhuska!

The Haven on the Hill is a quiet space in a wonderful neighborhood very near downtown Pawhuska and the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. It is wheelchair accessible with wide doors and a walk-in shower with a bench. It is rustic on the inside through a complete remodel. With 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms it can allow 6 or more people plenty of room to be comfortable. Come stay with us!

The Roost - Luxury Cottage in Charming Locale

Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. Take a stroll on our 30 acres, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.

Curly’s Cabin

This single room log cabin overlooks our 35-acre lake and includes an outdoor fire pit, small deck with rocking chairs, indoor fireplace, efficiency kitchen with oven and petite fridge, AND A NEW WATER HEATING SYSTEM!!!!! This cabin is 30-yards from our conference and event center. If we have an event, you will likely see and hear guests and staff coming and going.

The Marlow Place Guest House

Come unplug and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled in the woods on this historic property in a small little village in Green Country, it's the perfect place for refreshment and quality time away. Our little house is beautifully renovated and a great spot for viewing our resident fox, birds and deer or cozying up to read a good book.
