Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Sie verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer mit rundem Bett (Durchmesser 220 cm), Wohnraum/Küche, Bad/WC. Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal um das Pustertal mit Seitentälern zu erkunden, ob es Skifahren/Mountainbiken am Hausberg Kronplatz ist, eine Wanderung in den Dolomiten oder eine Bergtour im Ahrntal.

Ferienwohnung für 2 - 4 Personen mit einer schönen nach Osten gelegenerTerasse und angrenzendem Garten. Der Zugbanhof ist zu Fuß in nur 300m erreichbar. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ski- und Bergabenteuer in den umliegenden Dolomiten und Skigebieten (Kronplatz, Alta Badia, Gitschberg, Speikboden und Antholz/Biathlon). Das Dorfzentrum mit Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Pustertaler Radweg.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe eines kleinen Naturbadesees, eines Klettergartens, inmitten der Natur und doch nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt von den Städten Bruneck und Brixen..... Entspannen inmitten der Natur. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen zu Spaziergängen, Radtouren, Nordic-Walking-Touren, Wanderungen..... Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Gemütlichkeit, dem Ausblick und der Lage. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien (mit Kindern).

In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

The apartment is located in the center of Bruneck, on the 4th floor, above the roofs of the city (elevator available). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines ruhig gelegenen Wohnhauses in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe. Im Haus gibt es KEINEN Aufzug. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Pfarrkirche und die Fußgängerzone von Bruneck in weniger als fünf Minuten. Zur Talstation des Kronplatz sind es fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für sportliche Paare, Familien mit Kindern sowie für Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Palais Rienz - City Apartment (54 m²)

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.

The holiday apartment 'Ansitz Baumannhof Apt Gothic' is located in a historic building in Pfalzen with views of the Dolomites. The residence is situated in a quiet location on a sunny mid-mountain terrace. The 81 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a guest toilet, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Rindlereck

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.

Wohnung am Hitthalerhof

Eingebettet in die besondere Natur- und Kulturlandschaft des Pustertals ermöglicht die ruhige Lage des biologisch geführten Hofes angenehmes und entspanntes Wohnen - tierische Begegnungen garantiert! Zugleich besticht der Standort durch sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der wenige Kilometer entfernt liegenden Stadt Bruneck und des Kronplatzes (auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar).
