Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Casa Pintada è una splendida abitazione situata a Porto Pino, una località costiera conosciuta per la sua bellezza naturale e le acque cristalline. La casa è incastonata in un contesto tranquillo, vicino al mare, che permette di godere di un'atmosfera rilassante e di un bellissimo giardino con barbecue. L'architettura della casa è semplice ma elegante, con un design che si fonde armoniosamente con l'ambiente circostante.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
