The house is very light and airy with plenty of space for large family get togethers, with each bedroom having their own bath or shower room. Portpatrick beach is just a short stroll from the house. The owner is close by and is always happy to answer any questions or call in if needed

Spacious beach house with private enclosed garden, ample parking area with private access down to the beach. Well equipped for family life. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. TV and Wifi. Plenty of games and books etc for the young ones. Carrick Bay has plenty of opportunities to fish, swim, walk, cycle, sail, canoe, windsurf or paddle board. The Little Birdhouse

Graded 5 Star by Tourism NI, our tiny cottage dates from the 1700s. Its name is both a nod to Bird Island on Strangford Lough and a reflection of our aim to create a cosy nest in which guests feel snug, comfy and relaxed. The cottage has recently been renovated but retains its historic charm. The furnishings are a mix of antique, vintage and second-hand finds that come together to create a cosy, relaxed, eclectic vibe that's stylish and reflects our commitment to recycle and re-use.
