Quiet space in the country

Small addition to our house for out of town guests and family. Private entrance and isn’t connected to the rest of the house from inside, but above the room is our kids' bedroom. It has a little kitchen area with a water boiler microwave and fridge (no freezer). There’s a small bathroom with a shower and a queen bed all in 160 square feet,so a very tiny, tight space :) there’s a little porch area to hang out. We are off the beaten track in the woods. 12 Min to Callaway, right off 185 exit 30, 32

Our lake access is close enough to bike/walk, but we prefer to drive into the access w/all of our gear! @ the gated access you will find a swimming area, boat launch, grills, screened in & open pavilion, and a playground. The home is walking distance to Sweetland Amphitheater, The Thread, and LaGrange High School. Just a quick drive to Downtown LaGrange, LaGrange College, Callaway Gardens, or Great Wolf Lodge. There is still work to be done, so if you expect a 5-star hotel experience, this is not it.

Newly renovated Carriage House in Historic Downtown Hogansville. Just a short drive from Newnan, Hogansville is located about 2 miles from Interstate 85. This location is 15 minutes from downtown Lagrange, and 45 minutes from Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport. The Carriage house is private and tucked away behind the Victorian style main house. It has a large yard and private entrance. Home of the famous Hummingbird Festival, Hogansville is a must see!

You’ll love our place because you have the whole house to yourself, it's in a family friendly neighborhood, it's quiet, and it's completely furnished. It’s very convenient to Point University, Kia, Calloway Gardens, and more. It's within a fast (interstate) 30 min. to many major places and events, such as Auburn Football (only 20 min. from park and ride at Tiger Town) and East Alabama Medical Center. Families and friend groups welcomed.

In the country but close to everything. 2 min from I-185; 4 min from I-85. 1 hr. from Atlanta airport or Auburn. 45 min from Columbus. Unit is private comfortable rustic Studio Apartment with bath, for 1 or 2 ppl - (1 queen bed). Pool out front door! We live in separate log house next door - where 1 bedroom (queen) @ $35 is usually available for ADDITIONAL guests in YOUR party. Brkfst sometimes available for a fee by request.
