Includes use of canoes/kayaks, large riverfront yard, grills, hammocks, deck, porch and firewood. $33/night per person or pet after first 2 people. New queen beds in both bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them. Absolutely no parties. I live directly above. You may hear some muffled sounds as there was no great soundproofing in 1928 Washer and dryer in basement for guests staying a week or more or by request. Registered guests only.
