Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein 1.80m Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen kleinen Esstisch. Fernseher mit Apple TV-Box (kein Kabelfernsehen!) & WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Haus sind ein Lift sowie ein Skiraum vorhanden.

The studio is located in the center - 3 minutes walking distance from the train station and, from the Gornergrat station. It is spacious and bright with a nice relaxing view. Der Lift zur Sunneggabahn sowie das Ende der Talabfahrt sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bahnhofstrasse liegt in 10 Minuten Gehdistanz, Bahnhof und Kirche in 15 Minuten Gehdistanz.
