Villa Monziani - Island San Giulio, Lake Orta (NO)

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Chalet La Barona

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

La casetta nel bosco Valle Anzasca

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

Chalet Adler

Alpine tranquility in newly renovated, typically Swiss, chalet at 1'850m! Unwind in blissful quiet and endless views in this forest edge hideaway. Chill in your roomy sauna after skiing, hiking, or lounging on the chalet's expansive terraces. Tucked away above the village, even in the depth of winter, you enjoy an early sunrise. Your skis are best placed next to the slopes, a scenic 1.5 km walk or 10 min shuttle ride away. SaastalCard included (as part of tourist tax due on arrival).

Sauna & Relax

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Piano superiore camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello, bagno con cabina doccia. 🚿 🌄 Due balconi arredati con splendida vista sulle Alpi completano l’esperienza.

This detached villa offers unrivalled views of the lake and the mountains, providing breathtaking scenery every day. Situated in a peaceful, green area, bathed in sunshine and surrounded by nature, it is an oasis of tranquillity just a short walk from local amenities. The village’s historic centre, with all its attractions and conveniences, is just a 5-minute walk away. Access by car is easy, ensuring convenience and privacy in a unique and privileged setting.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

"La baita alla fontana" è una casa piccola ma dotata di ogni confort vi farà sentire subito a vostro agio. E' riscaldata dal camino a legna e da termoconvettori. La scala in legno porta alla camera al piano superiore. Completano l'arredamento un vecchio tavolo in noce, le sedie impagliate ed un divano. Dalla saletta si accede alla cucina e bagno. In camera si trova un letto a castello matrimoniale sotto e singolo sopra

Welcome to our apartment! The apartment consists of two bedrooms (each with a double bed), fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and sunny balcony with stunning views of the mountains and valley. Perched on the mountainside, away from the noise of the town, you're only a 12 minute walk to the center and a further 8 min to the station. We warmly welcome visitors from all backgrounds and continents!

Our waterfront villas at La Foleia offer two iconic types of accommodation. From Villa Padiglione’s grand frescoes, warming fireplace and sweeping views to Villa Ottagonale’s intriguing salon, marble wanders and dreamy glasshouse; expect to be awestruck at La Foleia.
