Just steps from Gstaad’s car-free promenade, you’ll enjoy easy access to boutique shops, dining, and the main train station. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, the area is a haven for winter skiing and summer hiking or biking on endless trails.

Historic wooden house featuring two related apartments. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Three additional rooms suitable for sleeping (sofa beds or mattresses). Spacious garden perfect for playing, barbecuing, celebrating. Upon request, we can provide pancake or gelato catering from our food truck. According to the character of the house, we use antique or reclaimed furniture wherever possible.. High season 7day Min, Check-In/Out on Sat. Your holiday, our job! Don't worry about reviews or cleaning!

Unser ca. 350 jähriges Bauernhaus enthält ein neurenoviertes Studio. Es liegt etwas über dem Dorf Saanen mit wunderschönem Blick über grosse Teile des Saanenlandes. Mit dem Auto ist es in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar, ob von Schönried oder Saanen herkommend. Zwischendrin die Unterführung mit der Abzweigung zu Unterbort/Abländschen. Immer den Wegweisern „Sonnenhof“ folgen. Die Unterführung ist auch Bushaltestelle. Von dort rechnet man noch 15 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Studio. Abholdienst ist möglich.

The 58-sqm space in a traditional chalet boasts a wraparound balcony of 30 sqm with impressive views. Skiing, cycling and walking are close, with the iconic ambience of Gstaad just close by. Two ski lifts are each 500 m away. The flat is non-smoking and no-pet.

Relax with the whole family in our new house (built in 2022) on the sunny side of the valley with views in three directions, directly on the Schönried-Gstaad winter hiking trail / summer hiking trail. Four valley stations for skiing are a 5-minute drive away. The free "Gstaad Card" offers special experiences, discounted gondola tickets, and free use of buses and trains around Gstaad, Zweisimmen, and Lenk. It's absolutely fantastic for hiking!

Das Haus verfügt über keine Zentralheizung, der Kamin wird mit Holz eingefeuert. Klappt wunderbar!
