Writer's Retreat in the heart of Perthshire

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

Edina cottage is a traditional East Neuk cottage. It has been fully renovated and is very warm and cosy. There is a large king size bed room with ensuite bathroom and shower. A spacious twin bedroom. Down stairs there is a further shower room. The living room has a log burner. There is also a lovely sheltered garden with summer house and BBQ. Pittenweem is a beautiful traditional fishing village where you can buy freshly caught lobster from the harbour.

The Annexe is a bright, two-bedroomed house attached to the main farmhouse. It is self-contained with it’s own parking and garden areas. The property has been completely re-wired, re-plumbed and re-decorated with new beds, kitchen and bathroom. This a convenient rental for guests attending an event in The Cow Shed at Sypsies Farm.
