In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Welcome to the exclusive and spacious apartment "PAUL". On 93m² on the 3rd floor, up to 5 guests can enjoy a magnificent view into the park of "Schloss Arenberg" including the sculptures of the Würth collection. You find 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with extra toilet, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area, the spacious living lounge and the balcony. From the entrance you can reach the apartment comfortably and directly with the lift. We look forward to you!

Unser neu renoviertes Appartement befindet sich in einem historischen Gutshof am Fuße des Kapuzinerbergs und ist nur einen gemütlichen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Rauchenbichlerhof ist ein imposantes denkmalgeschütztes Schlössl, mit eigenem Barockgarten, welches erstmals im Jahre 1120 namentlich erwähnt wurde und in welchem 1831 die frühere Geliebte des französischen Kaisers Napoléon I. lebte.

The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
