Livigno, il Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, e molte altre incantevoli località sono raggiungibili in 1 ora circa. Posto ideale per chi cerca quiete.

Die naheliegenden Sommer- & Wintersportregionen Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis sind in wenigen Fahrminuten mit Auto/ Skibus zu erreichen!

The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Die Dachwohnung mit schönem Gartenblick und wunderbarer Weitsicht auf die Berge Piz Clünas und Muot da l’Hom, befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit angebautem Schafstall. Das Haus liegt zentral im schönen Bergdorf Ftan (1650 m.ü.M.). Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang. 1 Parkplatz (kostenlos) ist unterhalb des Hauses vorhanden. Ebenso haben unsere Gäste kostenlosen Wi-Fi - Zugang. Im Wohnbereich ist TV vorhanden.

Die kleine Wohnung (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer (kein Kochherd), Dusche/WC) in einem 400 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ist in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Ardez. Im Haus und in der Wohnung befinden sich viele antike Gebrauchsgegenstände. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des Flairs aus alten Zeiten, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht unseren Gästen in der Nähe zur Verfügung.

With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
