Το "εξοχικό της Λέγκος" είναι μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη εξωχική κατοικία στο κέντρο των Θερμών, όπου η αποπνεόμενη θαλπωρή γίνεται από όλους κατανοητή. Απέχοντας μόλις 5 λεπτά από την κεντρική πλατεία, τα ιαματικά λουτρά, την στάση του λεωφορείου και την "πιάτσα" (δηλαδή τον κεντρικό δρόμο με τα διάφορα μαγαζιά), δίνει την ευκαιρία στον επισκέπτη να εξερευνήσει τον τόπο χωρίς όχημα, ενώ παράλληλα απολαμβάνει την ησυχία που το κατάλυμα αυτό προσφέρει.
