Tubes for floating the river included; walk to the San Marcos river and float the day away at Rio Vista park. After floating, you’re steps away from downtown eateries for dinner and drinks. It brings you incredible sunrises to enjoy with your coffee and sunsets to enjoy with a good glass of wine or hot tea. We are just a 5 min walk from the Blanco River and River Road and a 3 min drive to the Wimberley Square. The house is well stocked with your kitchen essentials and bath goodies to soak the day away.

Cypress View River Barn

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.

Our home is one of the few on the San Marcos River! Minutes from San Marcos city center and nestled on the heart of the San Marcos River. Our home is perfect for families or trips to get away from the city. Host your family get together or spend time with friends, our home is the perfect gathering spot. In addition to the stunning views and river access, the home has brand new bedding, linens, kitchen appliances and furniture. Bathroom remodels completed December 2020!

Little House near Downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood, just steps away from the downtown square. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress. The home does have exterior security cameras monitoring the property perimeter. It is video recording only, no audio.

It is set up for indoor/outdoor living with a balcony in the trees next to the clawfoot tub, a cedar deck on the ground level, and a log pole pavilion for grilling and chilling. Yard games are provided and the outdoor fire feature makes it an all day and into the night experience.
