One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The modern 2-room apartment Piz da Plaies is located in St. Vigil (San Vigilio di Marebbe) and is part of the beautiful house Ciasa Lavarella. Boasting a mountain view, the comfortable apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television as well as underfloor heating.

The rustic apartment “Confolia 1” is located in the small village of La Valle and offers a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with a single bed) and a bathroom. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV and a washing machine. A baby bed and a high chair are available on request. You can start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony belonging to the house.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines ruhig gelegenen Wohnhauses in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe. Im Haus gibt es KEINEN Aufzug. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Pfarrkirche und die Fußgängerzone von Bruneck in weniger als fünf Minuten. Zur Talstation des Kronplatz sind es fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für sportliche Paare, Familien mit Kindern sowie für Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende.

In few minutes walk you can reach the main church and the shops. The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, table and sofa bed, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Outside there is a small private garden with gorgeous view. The City Tax is not included in the price. It must be paid separately.
