Es hat Platz für 7 Personen. Direkt beim Haus starten Wander- und Biketouren. Bregenz ist ca. 1 km entfernt der Bodensee 10 Minuten. Das Bödele (Skigebiet/Wandern) ist circa 25 min entfernt. Innerhalb von 40-60 Minuten sind die Schigebiete (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) zu erreichen.

On top: Eine Sauna, zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad, die Terrasse mit Blick zum nahegelegenen Hirschgehege und viel Platz für einen Urlaub mit 4, maximal 5 Personen.
