Located in the middle of an intact, unspoiled nature by the river Rhein and not too far away from some of Switzerlands gems. This is the ideal location for an active or passive break of 2 to 7 days in order to relax, do sports and go sightseeing. Come and visit us, we would be pleased to spoil you.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Nested on a small hill our lovely secluded Black Forest Chalet with garden offers stunning lake views. Less than 1 minute to the lake! Enjoy your barbecue in our garden or a cozy evening in our living room (fireplace incl.). Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. Please note that I can only offer Saturday to Saturday bookings during high season form May 30th until September 5th.

Unsere Gäste verfügen über eine eigene Wohnung, die jedoch immer nur an eine Partie vermietet wird. Sie verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Babybett auf Wunsch. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, erreichbar über Treppen (kein Lift), dafür sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf Munot, Rhein und Schaffhausen. Die Stadt Schaffhausen ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz für Ihr Auto wird Ihnen von uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Grosse Dachterrasse für ungestörtes Sonnen.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Fahrradweg vom Bodensee und ca. 15 Gehminuten vom historischen Städtchen Stein am Rhein, wo Sie sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen – oder sich einfach am Rhein bei einem Glace erholen können. Als Freizeitaktivitäten steht das Ticiland in Stein am Rhein für die Kinder und für Jung und Alt das Conny Land im nahegelegenen Lipperswil zur Verfügung.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Unsere Unterkunft ist optimal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Ein guter Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge, auch in die benachbarte Schweiz und Österreich. Damit Sie ankommen und sich gleich entspannen können, habe ich die Kurtaxe bereits inkludiert und die Ferienwohnung mit Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen etc. ausgestattet. Das gemütliches Apartment *Black Forest Kuckucksnest* befindet sich in mitten wunderschöner Natur. Schönwald ist der Ideale Ort um den Schwarzwald zu erkunden. Direkt neben dem Haus befinden sich ein Golfplatz und ein Tennisplatz, sowie kleine Seen. Die Wohnung ist 40qm groß und bietet Platz für 3 Personen.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
