Stock, erreichbar über Treppen (kein Lift), dafür sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf Munot, Rhein und Schaffhausen. Die Stadt Schaffhausen ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt neben dem Haus befinden sich ein Golfplatz und ein Tennisplatz, sowie kleine Seen. Die Wohnung ist 40qm groß und bietet Platz für 3 Personen.
